We will gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in new and unused condition with all tags still attached. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.
To return or exchange an item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org the following information: name, transaction date, item name and description, amount and reason for return/exchange. Do not return merchandise without prior written approval. If your return is approved you will receive return instructions. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We suggest that you get a tracking number for your return package as we will not be responsible for any packages lost in transit. Once your return has been received and approved we will issue you a full refund minus the initial shipping charges. Please note that it may take a few days for the return amount to be processed.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. However, we will gladly cover the shipping back to you on the exchanged item. Please follow the above instructions for exchanges.

If you are outside of the US and are interested in purchasing, email us at email@example.com, let us know what items you are interested in and we can give you a shipping quote and send you an invoice that way.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift give or we can happily exchange it for another size or item.
